Katie’s TV/FILM/COMMERCIAL CLASSES: Classes have been thriving and word is out!! Katie’s students often get called into castings or booked directly from showcase performances.
Classes focus on scene study, audition technique, improvisation, Meisner technique, on-set tips, TV/FILM sides, self esteem building and personal career consultations.
Classes are a great way to connect to the young acting community with real life stories of do’s and don’ts from guest speakers who are IN THE BUSINESS NOW. Weekly classes gather to see films, tour sets, perform and partake in a showcase for directors/agents/casting quarterly. Students often shoot short films and other footage for their reel. These sessions are packed full of everything a young actor needs…taught by a “seasoned” professional that happens to adore kids!
Katie spends a lot of time encouraging the artist inside and growing the love for the craft. Classes are tough, no nonsense sessions that at all times focus on the love of acting and nourishing BEING YOU!
